Postal Orders − All Orders

Any orders containing no chemicals or liquids and weighing less than 1kg will be sent by First Class Post.


Please note that the map is just a guide. An accurate delivery charge will be given in the delivery information section of the checkout process.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer free delivery to the Channel Islands

Delivery times

We guarantee to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) for next working day delivery (Mon-Sat) with our courier service Yodel. 95% of deliveries are then made next working day. However in the unlikely event of our courier experiencing problems with your delivery it will automatically go out for delivery on the following day.

We now deliver Saturday as standard so if you place your order before 3pm on Friday it will go out for delivery on Saturday.

On the day of your delivery our courier service Yodel offers 2 delivery services depending on the weight of your goods;

Neighbourhood Deliveries (orders 15kg and under) - Deliveries made from 07.30-21.00.

Home Deliveries (orders over 15kg) - Deliveries made from 07.30-17.30.

Please note our heat pumps are delivered direct from our supplier, therefore delivery times may be longer on these products.

Return of damaged, faulty or wrongly ordered goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your faulty goods to be collected and immediately despatch a new consignment at no additional cost to you. If you do not want the faulty goods replaced then we will collect them and issue you a full refund.

Should we inadvertently despatch the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem at no additional cost to you. We will collect the wrongly sent goods and we will either send the correct goods or give you a full refund.

If you inadvertently order the wrong products and do not realise until delivered, please notify us and we will arrange to collect and deliver the correct products. Please note, we will need to charge carriage in this case and we will be happy to quote should this situation arise.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds and Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days days after receipt without giving a reason. We will either make collection arrangements or you can return unused goods to us for a refund. Should we need to arrange for collection, a charge will need to be made to recover our carriage costs. Collection charges only apply to unwanted goods, faulty goods will always be collected at no charge.

Complaints procedure

We hope you will not have any complaints but if you do please contact us straight away and we promise to respond to your complaint fairly and in confidence. We will contact you within, at most, 5 days and give you a timescale for full resolution of your dispute.
