Our online store is designed for domestic pool and spa owners and although you are more than welcome to order up to 100kg worth of chemicals on our website and pay by card or PayPal, you may find it easier and more beneficial to order from our dedicated commercial range, Total Pool.

Who can order from our commercial range?
Our commercial range is designed for any customer who is ordering over 100kg worth of chemicals. Once an order goes over 100kg it becomes very difficult and costly to send the order out via our usual courier DHL, which may lead to delays. We currently supply many commercial customers including;

We can email you our commercial pricelist and credit account form to fill out and return. You can then email your purchase order direct to sales@totalpool.co.uk and we will send you an order acknowledgement and dispatch your order. An invoice will be issued on delivery and you have 30 days to pay. Alternatively you can still pay by bacs or card at the time of ordering.
