Order Dispatch

We guarantee to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) the same day for delivery with our courier service DHL. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. 95% of deliveries are then made next working day, however in the unlikely event of our courier experiencing problems with your delivery it will automatically go out for delivery on the following day.

We now offer 3 delivery services to the mainland UK;

  • Standard next working day delivery (Monday to Friday)
  • Next working day delivery – AM Delivery
  • Saturday delivery – Please note the cut off point to receive your delivery on the next available Saturday is 1pm on Friday.

For large orders over 100kg we will need to split your order into two separate consignments for it to be delivered by DHL. Please allow for two working days to receive your complete order.

Delivery Notification Service

Our courier DHL offers a comprehensive delivery notification service including pre-delivery notification following collection of your parcel, a one-hour time slot on the morning of your delivery and also an optional 'your next' notification when your driver is one delivery away. To ensure you receive these notifications please select this option in the checkout.

Return of damaged, faulty or wrongly ordered goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your faulty goods to be collected and immediately despatch a new consignment at no additional cost to you. If you do not want the faulty goods replaced then we will collect them and issue you a full refund.

Should we inadvertently despatch the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem at no additional cost to you. We will collect the wrongly sent goods and we will either send the correct goods or give you a full refund.

If you inadvertently order the wrong products and do not realise until delivered, please notify us and we will arrange to collect and deliver the correct products. Please note, we will need to charge carriage in this case and we will be happy to quote should this situation arise.

Refunds and Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days days after receipt without giving a reason. We will either make collection arrangements or you can return unused goods to us for a refund. Should we need to arrange for collection, a charge will need to be made to recover our carriage costs. Collection charges only apply to unwanted goods, faulty goods will always be collected at no charge.

Complaints procedure

We hope you will not have any complaints but if you do please contact us straight away and we promise to respond to your complaint fairly and in confidence. We will contact you within, at most, 5 days and give you a timescale for full resolution of your dispute.
