Channel Islands & Irish Republic- Regrettably due to changes in the shipping regulations our courier no longer ships swimming pool chemicals to these locations. If you are based in either of these areas and are interested in becoming a wholesale distributor please contact us.

* Express delivery is 1-2 working days. 95% of orders are delivered next working day (Monday to Friday).

Large Orders

If your order is too big to be delivered by our standard parcel courier service (Parcelforce) it will be delivered on a pallet by a specialist pallet courier. This will be on a 3-working day service. As a general guide this will apply to any order containing 6 or more 20kg drums, but if this applies to your order then you will be notified at the checkout. In this instance our standard delivery rates still apply (for mainland UK and Isle of Wight), however you must ensure that your property has sufficient access for a large goods vehicle with a tail lift and that someone will be in to sign for the delivery on arrival. All pallet deliveries will be unloaded off the vehicle for you at your address.

Occasionally we may split the order into two consignments and send out with Parcelforce over two days so it falls under their maximum weight per consignment limit. We will contact you to let you know in this instance to expect two deliveries.

Any large orders for the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland will need to be arranged by our customer services department. Please call 0800 358 6140 for more information.


Due to us moving premises, we can no longer accept collections on site and are asking if you can please place an order over the phone or online for delivery, thank you.

Order Dispatch

We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 3.00pm (Mon-Fri) the same day for delivery with our courier service Parcelforce. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. 95% of deliveries are then made next working day, however in the unlikely event of our courier experiencing problems with your delivery it will automatically go out for delivery on the following day.

We offer 1 delivery service to the mainland UK;

  • Express delivery

For large orders we may need to split your order into two separate consignments for it to be delivered by Parcelforce. Please allow for two working days to receive your complete order.

Delivery Notification Service

Our courier Parcelforce offers a comprehensive delivery notification service including pre-delivery notification following collection of your parcel, a one-hour time slot on the morning of your delivery and also an optional 'your next' notification when your driver is one delivery away. To ensure you receive these notifications please select this option in the checkout. A valid mobile number is also required.

Return of damaged, faulty or wrongly ordered goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your faulty goods to be collected and immediately despatch a new consignment at no additional cost to you. If you do not want the faulty goods replaced then we will collect them and issue you a full refund.

Should we inadvertently despatch the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem at no additional cost to you. We will collect the wrongly sent goods and we will either send the correct goods or give you a full refund.

If you inadvertently order the wrong products and do not realise until delivered, please notify us and we will arrange to collect and deliver the correct products. Please note, we will need to charge carriage in this case and we will be happy to quote should this situation arise.

Refunds and Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days days after receipt without giving a reason. We will either make collection arrangements or you can return unused goods to us for a refund. Should we need to arrange for collection, a charge will need to be made to recover our carriage costs. Collection charges only apply to unwanted goods, faulty goods will always be collected at no charge.

Complaints procedure

We hope you will not have any complaints but if you do please contact us straight away and we promise to respond to your complaint fairly and in confidence. We will contact you within, at most, 5 days and give you a timescale for full resolution of your dispute.
